Got two handmade Christmas cards in the mail yesterday!!! One was freom an old friend from New Minas I havn't talked to in a few years! and the other was from Myletta!!! I owwwed and ahhhhed over Mylettas card for several minutes. I then thought for a moment about how much joy that brought to me! That someone has time to make a card for me!!!! I felt it, I smelt it...(not really) but it was very beautiful and very thoughtful!!! I wish I had that time to create...but my latest creation, aka Logan, has kept me insanely busy!!! and extremely tired! I was up with him last night way too much and I just enjoyed a 1 1/2 hr nap this morning...just because I needed it!
He is awake now and I have to go get some stuff at Canadian tire, and some stamps!!! Then home again home again jiggity jig to get the kidlets off the bus... I am hoping that after Christmas, life will slow down a bit!!! Let there be light!!!
Logan's surgery that was scheduled for Dec 1st was post poned due to bronchitis....so January 16th we have a scheduled date at the IWK. He has a hernia.
On a brighter note, Kent and I are off to Toronto on January 8th to see AC/DC at the Rogers center! Won't I sleep then!!!! (NOT) lol
Hope to get back to blogging!!! I have not checked, but I may need about a week and a month to read all Taryn's blogging, check out Myleta and Karens creations, drool over Paulies pastries, oggle over Jills designs, and check into Josies lens through the Nikon point of veiw!!! But I'll get there!!! Has anyone else started a blog that I am missing? Let me in!!!!

You made me cry. I haven't blogged in months or created much of anything, but you can be sure that after that compliment, there is a hand made card in the mail for you, my friend!

I am glad my 'handmade especially for you' card did what I wanted it to do....let you know even though we haven't seen each other in awhile, that I think of you often and that your friendship is important to me.
